Green Ombre
This green ombre rug is made from rolling together many shades of green wool. The weavers sing about the village to make the day go by and to ensure work gets done.

This color chart is like a public notice of the project in the village. The weavers and master know which colors go where using the color chart.
After the wool is dyed, the workers look at the sky many times to ensure it will not be rainy. This fairly simple, but time consuming, step ensures the wool is ready to be thrown on the loom.
The wool is rolled together either by color or in a blend of colors. This roller is busy making sure everything is rolling smoothly.
This rug is about halfway done on the loom. You can see the ombre effect already!
